Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1 cup potato
  • 2 tab spoon chat masala
  • Salt to test
  • Some coriander

Method of Preparation:
  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Take 2 bread slices
  3. First spread butter on both the slices
  4. Spread the mixer between the two slices
  5. Toast the Sandwich in a toaster.

Serve it with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney with some potato wafers

Frankie

Ingredients :

For the Filling:
  1. 1 cup cabbage
  2. 1 cup capsicum
  3. 1 cup onion
  4. 1 teaspoon read chili
  5. 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  6. 1/2 cup coriander
  7. salt to test

For the Dough
  • Plain Flour (Maida) 2 Cups
  • Butter 1 Table Spoon
  • Salt To taste
  • Warm Water For Dough Preparation
  • The consistency for the dough should be same as Naan or chapati
  • prepare and keep the dough aside atleast one hour in advance
Method for Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the filling together.
  2. Next roll out the dough for the chapatis and prepare chapatis.
  3. Place the filling in the centre of the chapati and Fold it into a roll.
  4. Heat a tava on the other side. Place the roll on the warm tava and fry it in butter till it is lightly brown.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney!

Chinese Paneer Pakoda

Chinese paneer pakoda
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups paneer
  • 1 cup besan (Chickpea Flour)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4-5 crushed garlic flakes
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep fry


Preparation :

Cut paneer in square shape and mix in besan paste.

Heat the oil in a kadhai/pan and deep fry the square shaped paneer till they turn golden brown.

Now in a separate pan heat 1 tbsp oil, saute garlic, green chili and onions.

Add soya sauce, chili sauce. Gently add the fried paneers to the gravy.

Cook them for 2 minute and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves or mint chutney.
