pani puri

Ingredient:
2 cup mint leaves.
8/10 green chillies.
1 ginger.
1 sour lime
1/2 liter water.
100 puris.
Method:
Grind to paste mint, green chillies,ginger,lime. Add the paste to 1/2 literof water and salt to taste.Add 2 tbsppani puri masala.chill, strain and serve with boiled potatoes, boiled bengal gram or soaked salted boondi as fillers in the puris.
