Dilicius rajma

Ingredients:
175gm rajma.
1liter water.
40gm ghee.
100gm onions.
30gm ginger & garlic.
3 green chillies.
1tsp garam masala.
80gm tomatoes.
some coriander.
salt to taste.
method:
soak the rajma in water for overnight. presser cook them in 1 liter of water 7-8 mts. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add onions & fry till golden brown. Add ginger & garlic and stir for 2-3 mts. Add the green chillies, garam masala, tomatoes bhonao until the ghee leaves the masala add rajma along with the water and simmer for 10-15 mts. garnish with coriander and serve hot.
