Nan

Ingredients:
  • maida 1/2 kg
  • curd 1 cup
  • melted ghee 1/2 cup
  • warm milk 1 cup
  • baking powder 1 cup
  • salt to taste

Method:
serve flour with baking powder add salt and warm water to make a stiff dough keep aside for half an hour. add curd and mix well. rest for an hour. cover with a little melted ghee every half an hour. for about t hours. roll in to triuvqles and with wet hands. stick on a tava and cook till done.
