Stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients:
  • tomatoes 1/4kg
  • rusk poder 1/2 cup
  • same mava
  • salt to taste
  • Cheese 2 cube
  • Maida Flour 1 Cup
Method:
cut the top of the tomatoes 3/4. but don't remove the cut part. scoop out the ceuntre and drain completely apply salt inside and outside the tomato fill in the deside filling cover the slit with maida paste and coat with rusk powder. top it with a knob of butter and greated cheese. fi you want the tomatoes like sall basket make holes before baking and place a handle and with the help of beans after baking bake at more temperature and serve hot [deep fry in oil till golden brown]
