Ceylon Parathas

Ingredients:
  • maida 1/2 kg
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water to mix
Method:
Make a soft firm dough and keep it cover under a wet cloth after smearign with little oil. After about 2 hours divide into small portions and roll again smearing oil on top. Rest the dough for some time and then spread into every thin layerpleat and roll into a strowl and keep aside just before serving roll into a thick round fine plase on a tava cook on both side and smeas with oil serve hot.
