Delicious Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
  • 3 bunches of spinach
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 250 gm cubed cottage cheese

Method of Preparation:
Steam the spinach and then switch off. After the spinach cools, put in the blender with green chillies and blend to paste. Meanwhile in a pan, melt the butter, add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Then add onions and fry till tender. Add the spinach paste, cottage cheese(without frying) , cream and salt and cook. Garnish with cream and serve hot with butter Nan or bread.

*You could also fry the cottage cheese and add the spinach paste.
