- 150 g tomatoes.
- 30 g split red gram.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 3-4 curry leaves.
- 1/4 bunch coriander leaves.
- 1 lime.
- seasoning to taste.
- 5 g green chillies.
- 1 tsp mustard seeds 2 tsp oil.
method:
make tomato juice in the juicer and strain.cook the gram separately.when done,keeo the water aside.mix the tomato juice and the gram water and boil together for 10 mins. with a whole but split chilli.add in the coarsely grounded cumin seeds and pepper and cook for another 5 mins. fry mustard and add to rasam with curry and coriander leaves. remove from the fire and add in seasoning and lime juice.
