Mango Yoghurt With Dried Fruits

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg curd
  • 3 mangoes
  • 75 gm mixed dried fruits
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation Method:
Peel mangoes and remove their juice. Set sweet curd the previous day. Hang in a muslin cloth to drain out excess moisture. Wash and soak mixed dried fruits for half an hour to soften. Drain. Mix all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
